Attracting and retaining talent is more critical than ever for our industry, where a lack of human resources potentially slowing down national deployment plans. Skilled labour has therefore become a critical resource for the entire value chain, and operators and vendors alike are rethinking their human resources strategies to adapt to this new paradigm.
