IQGeo, a developer of geospatial software that is “Building better networks” for telecom and utility operators, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Comsof and its industry-leading fiber optic network automated planning and design software. The IQGeo Group has agreed to acquire Comsof for a total consideration of up to €13m through a combination of cash, and shares.
