Corning Opens Optical Fibre Manufacturing Plant in Poland to Meet Growing Demand for High-Speed Connectivity in Europe

Corning opened a new optical fibre manufacturing plant in Poland to meet the growing demands for fibre in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Corning continues its investment in broadband expansion to bring high-speed connections to more people in more communities. The facility is one of the biggest in the European Union and adds approximately 250 employees to Corning’s workforce.
