During the autumn period, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee collaborated closely with the Sustainability and Investors Committees to carry out an in-depth analysis of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) key performance indicators within the FTTH industry. This joint effort aimed to better understand how ESG metrics are currently measured and applied across the sector.
The outcomes of this collaborative work were presented to members during the November General Assembly, providing valuable insights into the current state of ESG performance and highlighting opportunities for further progress, particularly in the social dimension of sustainability.
As the new year begins, the DEI Committee is now focusing its efforts on preparations for the FTTH Conference 2026 in London. The Committee is reaffirming the central role of diversity, equity and inclusion in driving industry success, with a specific emphasis on strengthening the “Social” impact of ESG frameworks. This work will support the industry’s ongoing commitment to responsible growth, inclusive practices and long-term value creation.
